Glenda worked at a church over 100 years old and noticed water intrusion in the basement. She called Ayers for solutions, so we sent a team to the church. We recommended our WaterGuard and TripleSafe sump pump system to keep heavy water volumes under control. First, we installed WaterGaurd below the basement floor around the walls to ensure leaks get collected in this drainage system. To conceal the drain, we pour concrete over it. Next, we replaced her old corroded sump pump with TripleSafe. This three-pump system fits in one durable liner and can keep up with higher volumes of water. Glenda is thrilled to keep this church in better shape for all the visitors!

Shane's crawl space lacked the proper support it desperately needed. His floor joists were sagging, so he called Ayers for a permanent solution. We got to work installing SmartJacks since this is a supplemental support system designed specifically for crawl space applications. This solution offers revolutionary foundation support and will prevent the joists from sagging again. SmartJacks get installed by attaching steel support beams to the floor joists and rest on a sturdy base within the ground. Once the crew installs these steel posts, they are adjusted to raise Shane's floors to a level position!

Judy knew the sump pump in her home was old and worn down, but wasn't sure how to fix the problem, so she called Ayers for help. We sent a crew of experts to her home, and they recommended the TripleSafe sump pump. The best choice for Judy's basement and peace of mind was to install two TripleSafe systems, each containing three pumps to react during pump or power failure. Judy is happy to have a dry basement!

We also use state-of-the-art products and technology which are designed to fix your home. We are the authorized Basement Systems dealer in Gratiot County, MI.
Jamie W. noticed the area around the chimney in her basement was leaking and as time went on the water seepage increased. The basement had block wall foundation and was finished, so the homeowner wanted the problem resolved before the rest of the area became damaged by water intrusion.
We first installed WaterGuard, which is perimeter drainage system that collects intruding water through specialized pipes at the base of each wall and automatically drains it into the sump pump, rather than allowing the water to leak out onto the floor. We also included an inspection port for the WaterGuard system that gives us access to the drainage pipes if ever needed. A FloodRing was installed around the home’s water heater to ensure the basement was protected from a burst that could cause the space to flood. This system also included an alarm that warns the homeowner of a potential leak or burst in the water heater so the issue could be addressed before an actual flood occurred.
The final installation for this project was an additional discharge line that ensured water exiting the home from the sump pump had an efficient route outside of the home.
This homeowner called because he had a slab on his sidewalk that sunk a few inches. He was looking for an effective solution that would raise the slab and prevent future settlement.
We installed the PolyLevel system to raise and stabilize the sunken slab. Several small holes were drilled into the slab and filled with a specialized polymer material that addressed the weak soils below that caused the slab to sink, while ensuring the concrete stayed in place over time. Once the holes were injected, the polymers expanded to lift the slab back to its proper position. This installation had a short cure time of 15 minutes and caused minimal disruption to the home.
Sam M. of Saint Louis, MI was experiencing some difficult issues with his crawl space. For one the scrawl space had a sand bottom, and for two, water was getting into the crawl space and soaking the sand. The crawl space was becoming very humid and this humidity was traveling up into the home. This said, we had a solution.
We installed two of our patented products for this job: the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system and the SaniDry CX standing dehumidifier. CleanSpace is a 20mm thick plastic lining that completely seals off the crawl space from the surrounding elements. No ate, cold air, or moisture will be able to get past this lining.
The SaniDry CX is a powerful dehumidifier that can remove up to 109 liters of water per day. This product will keep Sam's crawl space, and thus, his home, free of humidity.
One of our customers from Perrinton cslled us about their basement, they wanted help waterproofing it so that it could handle all the curveballs that michigan's weather throws us each year. We installed our SuperSump which is perfect for getting the water out of the basement as efficiently as possible.
The SuperSump contains a pump stand (prevents clogging of any debris in the sump liner), pump alarm (for when the basement floods), and an airtight sump lid with a floor drain in it (helps water to go down but not air to come up).
We've all been in an old basement with concrete floors, right? Have you noticed how the floor looks as if it's deteriorating? Well, we know how to turn back time on your concrete slabs and make them BETTER than new. We can do this by installing our PolyLevel technology, as we did on this Riverdale home.
We came to this homeowners property and installed our PolyLevel in their basement, which is an advanced polymer-based injection foam. We blast this foam in through tiny holes that are just smaller than a dime. Once we do this the concrete is level and stronger than ever. PolyLevel worked to raise and level out the concrete slabs while dealing with the weak soils below that were no longer able to hold the weight of the home above. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level, and stronger than ever before. Now, this homeowner will not have to worry about this ever again.
Patrick is starting to buy up rental properties and recently purchased this Saint Louis home. There was a wall in the basement that was starting to bow with horizontal cracking all over the wall and over an inch of movement. He wants this home to be safe and a solution that will last 30+ years. We installed the PowerBrace Wall Repair System to stabilize the wall and even potentially straighten it. This system is made up of steel beams that are secured to the joists above the wall with steel brackets. This system also installs quickly with minimal disruption to the basement!
Rose has a wet and moldy basement and cellar. The cellar is so wet that the electrical panel has corroded. There is a sump pump present but it is not working properly. She wants the water and moisture removed to keep the home safe. We installed the WaterGuard French drain system which is a drain installed below the floor but above the foundation to keep it from clogging. It collects the water and sends it to the sump pump. We also installed the SuperSump Plus sump pump system to keep the water out of the home. Lastly, we installed the SaniDry XP which is a dehumidifier that keeps the space dry by continuously blowing dry air. This not only drys out the basement but filters air for mold spores, dust, and other particles.
Ms. Skirvin's home was destined for trouble. With water surrounding the entire foundation underneath the soil, our Foreman Randy found a list of problems. When inspecting the basement was already flooded and looking like this was not its first exposure to heavy moisture. The most unsightly issue was the bowing walls, a sign the issue was water permeating from outside the home.
After draining the Basement and dehumidifying the area, our foreman prescribed a GeoLock Anchor on the problematic wall. The system is installed by excavating the soil surrounding the bowed foundation wall. drill-shaped anchors are driven deep into the ground, past the weak wet soil, and into the firm and stable ground. On the opposite side of the problematic wall is a metal panel that is secured to the wall and bolted securely to the drill. The bolt is tightened, creating a constant tension that corrects the wall over time and prevents future issues.
Harold had water coming into his basement where the floor and wall met. He called us for waterproofing solutions. We installed WaterGuard, a below floor perimeter drain. It is under the floor but above the foundation setting so that you do not have an ugly drain in your basement. The system collects the water that seeps into the space and drains it to the sump pump to be expelled outside the home.
Patrica found standing water in her basement. Too old to handle the problem on her own, she needed professionals to help. She contacted Ayers and allowed our resident foreman Blade to inspect the area. Blade found cracks in the crawlspace concrete and decided to install GeoLock anchors to correct the walls.
GeoLock Anchors fix this issue by pulling the wall back into place. GeoLock is installed by excavating the ground around the perimeter of the home. Anchors are placed along the outside of the now exposed basement walls and held in place with steel drives. On the other side of the wall, a large metal plate is aligned with the anchor and bolted together. The bolt is tightened till constant pressure is pulling the wall into place.
Geolock is considered a permeate solution, not only correcting walls but keeping them from sliding back out of place too.
Colton had discovered Ayers when looking for a solution to his chimney. Over time the chimney separated from the house and only got worse. The team at Ayers conducted an inspection and determined that the foundation had dropped down, causing the issues. The team suggested Helical Piers as they would permanently stabilize the chimney.
Helical Piers are drilled into the ground until load-bearing soil is met; once the desired depth is met, the piers are attached to the foundation. After everything was said and done, Colton was thrilled with the installation as the chimney was permanently stabilized and leveled!
Roger's crawl space became an area of concern since it lacked encapsulation. He called Ayers for our crawl space repair options, so we sent a crew for an inspection. Our system design specialists were then able to make the best recommendations. Our suggestion was to have our team install CleanSpace. This solution consists of a waterproof liner with a vapor barrier. This barrier prevents the growth of bacteria or mold. Moisture attracts this nasty mold development. This liner will have an airtight seal protecting it from this issue and other outside pests. Roger will no longer have to stress about damp, musty smells or critters roaming freely in this space!
Larry's main stressor at the time was the condition of his basement. There was a problem corner that had noticeable water damage. He entrusted our team at Ayers for the job, so our crew began waterproofing this area. We installed our WaterGuard system to provide a drain below the floor for the water to flow. It is installed around the perimeter of the basement, guaranteeing the water creeping through the walls flows down into this drain. His basement is in much better shape with this trustworthy layer of protection!
Tim noticed water running into his basement and pooling on his floor. He wasn't sure why this happened or how to fix the issue, so he called Ayers. We sent a team of specialists to his home to examine his basement and recommend a solution. They decided the TripleSafe sump pump would be the best course of action. TripleSafe contains three pumps to prevent failure, including a battery-powered backup in case of power outages. Tim is happy he found Ayers and got his problem fixed!
Shane had concerns about his sagging floor joists above his crawl space, so he called Ayers for one of our repair solutions. One of our system design specialists came to the home and determined SmartJacks could fix this issue. This is a supplemental support system meant for crawl space applications. We installed these SmartJacks by attaching steel support beams to the floor joists, and they rest on a sturdy base within the ground. Once this was complete, our crew adjusted the jacks to raise the floors to a level position. Shane is happy with the Ayers team since we assured him permanent protection from future sagging!
We responded to a call from Glenda, whose church was dealing with water intrusion. With the building being over 100 years old, our team at Ayers was not shocked to hear of these leaks in the basement. Professionally trained to handle these issues, we recommended our WaterGaurd and TripleSafe sump pump systems. WaterGuard is an interior drainage system placed below the basement floor. Water leaks get collected here and then reroute to the TripleSafe. Having a three-pump solution like this will keep up with heavy water volumes, and the third pump is battery-operated for power outages. Glenda is relieved now that the church will stay dry!
Judy realized the sump pump in her home was old and worn down. It was allowing water to leak into her basement and all over her floors. She did her research and decided to call Ayers for help. We sent experts to visit her home and they recommended the TripleSafe sump pump. For Judy's basement health and peace of mind, we installed two TripleSafe systems, each with three pumps to account for pump or power failure. Judy is excited her basement is finally dry!
Laura became worried about the cracks in her foundation walls as they grew and deepened. She didn't want her walls caving in, so she called Ayers for help. Our professionals visited her home and installed the PowerBrace repair system to secure the wall and prevent further damage. The PowerBrace system connects steel beams to joists above the wall with steel brackets. Once everything is in place and tightened, the wall will be stabilized to the desired position. Laura can't believe how quickly it was installed!
Diana was concerned with groundwater leaking into her basement through the walls. She didn't enjoy sweeping the moisture from the ground, so she called Ayers for waterproofing solutions. We installed our WaterGuard and TripleSafe sump pump system to end this water damage issue. WaterGuard is an interior drainage system designed to collect water leaking through the walls and reroute it to the sump pump. Then, we installed TripleSafe as a more effective three-pump sump system. All three pumps fit in one durable liner. The third is even battery-operated to ensure it runs during power failures. Diana was thrilled with the work of our Ayers team now that her home will finally stay protected from water damage!
Catalina's dining room floor was slanted for as long as she could remember. She tried buying store-bought floor jacks, which only worked briefly. She was frustrated, so she researched her options and called Ayers for help. Our crew of experts visited her home and decided the SmartJacks supplemental support system was the best solution. SmartJacks are a system of floor jacks that are far more durable and anchored two feet underneath the surface to increase load-bearing capability. Catalina can't believe how level her dining room is!
Josh recently noticed that his living room floor was slanted. He didn't know if this was an issue or just annoying, so he called Ayers for help. Our experts visited his home to evaluate the situation and recommended the SmartJacks supplemental support system. Reinforced to provide permanent stability and implanted two feet beneath the surface to reduce load-bearing stress, SmartJacks are the best floor jacks on the market. Josh feels permanently secure in his home and balanced in his living room!
Norm noticed a musty smell in the living space of his home and wasn't sure where it originated. He searched his whole house for the source with no luck. After researching his options, he called Ayers to learn about our waterproofing solutions, and we sent a crew of professionals to his home. They evaluated the space and recommended the installation of CleanSpace, the vapor barrier designed to eliminate moisture entry and mold growth. CleanSpace is constructed of antimicrobial-lined material and applied to the crawl space floors and walls. Norm loves the fresh smell throughout his home!
