After living in his home for over 50 years, he noticed that the slab and block foundation, dug by the previous owner, had shifted due to settlement. GeoLock Anchors consist of large steel plates that are attached to the bowing wall along with a steel cable that will go through the wall and out to stable soil, and from there are anchored by a smaller plate underground. Over time this system can be tightened, potentially straightening the wall to its original position. This solution is less costly than conducting a whole foundation replacement. Anna was thrilled with her results!
