Michigan Basement Foundation Issues Fixed

This home built in the early 1900’s was having some serious foundation issues. In their michigan basement, the walls were cracking and bowing. This system uses a joint reinforcement method, as zinc coated beams are fixed to the floor joists. The system is tightened over time which gradually improves the condition of the wall, allowing for straightening over time .
