The Ayers crew began by laying drainage matting to create a permeable layer between the dirt floor and the new CleanSpace® vapor barrier, ensuring long-term moisture control. They installed a powerful SaniDry™ dehumidifier to actively remove any lingering humidity in the air, preventing mold growth and keeping the crawl space dry. To seal the space completely, the old vent was replaced with an airtight EverLast™ crawl space door, blocking cold, damp air from entering.
