SmartJacks are steel support posts that attach to the floors above with steel brackets and are cemented to the floor to provide a sturdy base. Shotcrete is a sprayable concrete that comes through a high pressure hose. Our installation crew sprayed the outside foundation of Sandi's home to reinforce the walls and stop water from leaking in. Sandi is forever grateful that her home is now safe and secure for years to come.  

Chuck needed a new egress window in his Elkhart, IN home. The wood had rotted and there was water coming into the basement. Chuck called Ayers for an inspection of the window. It is installed along the perimeter of the basement and on top of the footing of the foundation. Concrete is poured on top and regular flooring can be placed on top. Finally, the TripleSafe sump pump system utilizes three pumps to remove excess water from the basement. Regular tarps you can buy from the store won't do the trick since they fail to prevent mold or bacteria growth and aren't waterproof.
