Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This couple had a cottage in Boyne City. The crawl space had a musty smell but the smell was starting to permeate the home so Michele and Derrick wanted a fix so they could enjoy their home. we used CleanSpace Crawl Space Vapor Barrier to keep out humidity, water vapor, and pests. We also installed the SaniDry XP which continuously blows dry air throughout the space to keep the smell at bay. The dehumidifier also filters the air for mold spores, dust, and other small particles to keep the air clean.

The depths of this home were dark, damp and desperately needed some TLC. To stop moisture from entering the crawl space, our team installed CleanSpace. This durable, thick plastic liner seals off the home from the dirt ground and keeps water out. It’s manufactured with an antimicrobial additive, which prevents mold growth, keeping the space nice and healthy. Additionally, SilverGlo insulation panels were installed to keep the space warm. The graphite particles in the insulation reflect heat back into the space, which consequently helps keep upstairs room warm, too.
