We received a call from a concerned homeowner in Covert, MI who lacked a sump pump in her basement which allowed water to creep in. She made the call to Ayers for waterproofing solutions. Gracy agreed to have a free inspection conducted at her home so that our professionals at Ayers could determine the best solutions. This placement in the floor prevents clogging as it stays clear of the mud zone. After the installation, we pour concrete over the drain to conceal it within the space. The water collected here gets directed to the sump pump system, so we added our TripleSafe Sump Pump. TripleSafe is a three-pump system fitting in one durable liner. The first pump will take care of most of the water, the second will run if assistance is needed, and the last pump will turn on if the power fails since it is battery-operated. Gracy now has a trustworthy, permanent solution that protects her home!
