Restabilizing Walls in Corunna

Allison noticed Major cracks in her basement walls and gaps between the walls and the floors. Not sure of what to do, she contacted Ayers for help. Our resident foreman Evan was able to inspect the area and discover the earth beneath the home was settling.

 

To restabilize the home, Evan used a Helical Pier. The home's walls were greatly compromised so he used both a PowerBrace set and a GeoLock anchor to pull the walls back into place and to hold them there.
