Adam purchased his home in Clio, MI, in 2020. However, he never set foot in the dark, dusty crawl space beneath his house until the summer of 2024. Now, with the crawl space encapsulated, Adam can live comfortably with warm floors above, free from worries about water intrusion and musty smells, as well as the return of pesky critters.
Shelly noticed the wooden support beams in her basement were no longer doing their job. He called Ayers for foundation support help. SmartJacks are steel support columns that rest on a sturdy base in the subfloor and attach to the floor joists above. These posts are easily extendable to ensure our team can make any adjustments necessary in the future. This solution is permanent and substantially stronger than the wooden beams Shelly had previously!
