David noticed a musty smell wafting through his vents and assumed it must be coming from a dead critter in the crawl space. He searched his home and the crawl space but couldn't find the source of the smell. After researching online, he called Ayers to learn about our waterproofing solutions. The specialized drainage pipes were installed underneath the flooring at the base of each wall so water entering the home could easily drain into the system. The excavated flooring was restored with concrete fill and an inspection port was installed on the system to give us easy access to the pipes if ever needed.

The insulation in the crawl space of this cylinder shaped home desperately needed to be removed and replaced after chipmunks had made their way in and done damage.

The last step of fixing up this crawl space was installing a CleanSpace liner. This sturdy multi-layer liner is permanently adhered to the walls, completely sealing off the home from the earth, helping to keep moisture and critters out.
