Robert's home lacked a proper waterproofing system that would keep his home dry during any emergency flooding situations or leaks. He decided to choose Ayers for our professional solutions. We first inspected the home's basement so that we could make the best recommendations for Rob. The solutions we recommended were our WaterGuard System and SuperSump Plus. First, the WaterGuard System is installed around the perimeter in the subfloor of the basement, collecting water coming in through the walls. It is hooked to the sump pump so that the water is taken care of there. We pour concrete over the drainage system to conceal it. Next, we added our SuperSump Plus, a horsepower pump capable of pumping 2,220 gallons of water an hour at an 8-foot head. With both professional systems working together, Robert's home will remain clean and dry!

We received a call from a concerned customer who was tired of the cold drafts in her house. She knew the problem area was coming from her crawl space since she didn't have the proper encapsulation for this space. She called Ayers for our crawl space repair help and we conducted a free inspection. We then determined CleanSpace and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier would tackle these issues. CleanSpace is a heavy-duty plastic liner that uses a vapor barrier to prevent the growth of bacteria or mold. We place this waterproof liner across the crawl space floor to create a barrier between the dirt ground and the home. Next, we added our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, the world's most efficient, high-performing dehumidifier. This system will rid the crawl space of the excess moisture leading to cold drafts and nasty smells. We left Rose's home with confidence in our professional solutions!

Joe was hoping to have a waterproofing system installed that would protect his home's belongings from water leaks. After recruiting our professionals at Ayers for help, we sent a crew for an inspection. Our System Design Specialists then were able to recommend our WaterGuard System. This is a drainage system that we install under the floor and around the perimeter of the basement. It will gather the water that seeps in through the walls and send it to the sump pump we hook it to. To conceal the drain, we pour concrete over it so that when it dries it'll blend in with the space. We first installed CleanSpace because this is a waterproof liner made from inorganic plastic that has a vapor barrier. This barrier prevents excess moisture that causes the growth of mold or bacteria. The crew decided to add our EverLast Door to ensure harmful outside air or critters wouldn't enter her crawl space. The door is made of practically indestructible plastic that won't warp, shrink, or require maintenance. The water seal on the door keeps the outside moisture out as well. Rodney's new home was a work in progress and as this was being built he wanted to have a waterproofing system installed. He trusted our professionals at Ayers to get the job done properly so he gave us a call. We had our customer care team set up a time for a free inspection. After the inspection was complete our crew concluded that our WaterGuard System combined with the TrenchDrain would keep water out of the home. The WaterGuard System is a subfloor drainage system that will collect water leaks and direct the water to the sump pump. This is installed along the perimeter of the basement and on top of the footing of the foundation to prevent clogging. Then we installed our TrenchDrain which is perfect for doorway entrances where water leaks arise. This basement drainage pipe has a grated opening that fits snugly on top and is installed in the subfloor. The water that leaks in over the system will fall through the grated openings and be directed to the sump pump. Rodney was glad he had these waterproofing systems installed to help keep his home clean and dry!

Mrs. Juhasz moved in to help with her mother and found water leaking into her unfinished basement. After being referred to Ayers, our inspector Brad found the water coming from the crawl space. With a noticeable smell coming from the basement, work had to be done on the crawl space and foundation.

To rectify the damage done to the crawl space, our foreman used a SmartJack system to reintroduce support in an area where structural support was needed. SmartJack is comprised of steel beams anchored to concrete buried into the ground of the foundation, and affixed to the top of the beam are brackets to remain secured to the crawl space frame. After, the RimJoists were installed with insulation adding to the protection of the framework of the ceiling. The crawl space was then fitted with a CleanSpace lining, an anti-microbial lining to prevent the kind of mold buildup Mrs. Juhasz encountered.

The basement was exposed to enough moisture that the area was fitted with a drain system placed along the perimeter and installed between the basement floor and foundational slab named WaterGuard. Working with a powerful failsafe pump, TrpleSafe, water and mud are carried away from the home to ensure safe and dry living.

This customer contacted us because his crawlspace was giving off a very strong odor. This issue occurred because of the high water table in the area  letting water and moisture into the space, causing it to become humid and damp.

We first installed dimpled drainage matting on the floor of the crawlspace that helped move intruding water easily across the floor and into the sump pump. Next, we installed our CleanSpace liner that sealed off the crawlspace from theoutside enviornment such as dirt, water, moisture and cold/hot air. This liner is extremely durable and will last longer than the home probably will. This is perfect for fighting against mold.
