A Sump Pit
Rich and Rebecca have been struggling with water entering their home every Spring due to a faulty sump pump. Despite dealing with this issue for 30 years, they can no longer tolerate it now that they are retiring. It appears that the sump pump is nothing more than a hole in the ground that has failed to keep the water out.
WaterGuard Installation
WaterGuard is a subfloor waterproofing system that collects water that leaks through the walls and keeps dirt away from the foundation. It is installed along the perimeter of the basement and on top of the footing of the foundation. Concrete is poured on top and regular flooring can be placed on top.
Final SuperPump Installation
Our SuperPump Plus is an excellent solution for those who want to avoid an open sump pit. It effectively captures groundwater and can be connected to our WaterGuard system for drainage. Its airtight lid ensures debris is kept out and children or pets can't fall in, making it a safer option. The SuperPump Plus also has a built-in alarm to alert you if the water level rises too high. Made from durable cast iron, it provides high-volume pumping capabilities.
