Allen and Cassie opted to install the WaterGuard System. WaterGuard is a French drain system that sits below the basement floor and above the home's footing keeping it out of view! After installing the drain, any water leaking down the walls will be caught by the drain and funneled to the sump pump!

Installing Foundational Supports

The team at Ayers discovered Allen and Cassie's foundation walls were cracking and bowing. Thus, CarbonArmor was suggested to permanently stabilize the foundation! This system utilizes carbon fiber straps that attach with a unique adhesive! After implementing this system, Allen and Cassie no longer needed to worry about their foundation!

Installing the Egress Window

Allen and Cassie opted to install an egress window for their basement. The team at Ayers created the hole in the foundation, allowing for the window to be placed.
