Placing the TripleSafe Liner
Concrete must be removed and dug out for the liner to be placed. The team concluded that this corner of Jessica's basement would be best as it is where most of the water was coming from. Once the liner was set, the team could plumb the lines and install the pumps!
Finalizing the TripleSafe System
Once the liner was set, the installation crew installed the three pumps into the liner. The bottom two pumps can pump over 5000 gallons of water every hour! The last pump is connected to an external battery if the power goes out! Lastly, the system is covered back with concrete to leave it looking great!
Implementing the WaterGuard System
The crew at Ayers realized that a significant amount of water was coming into the basement through the entrance. Thus, WaterGuard was suggested as it would catch any water in the basement! WaterGuard is a French Drain System that sits below the floor and above the home's footing, leaving it out of sight. Any water in the basement will be caught by the drain and funneled to the sump pump!
