WaterGuard is a French Drain System that sits below the basement floor and above the home's footing. The position of the drain is out of the mud zone, unlike other drains, so that it won't get clogged! The system is installed around the perimeter and will catch any water and funnel it directly to the sump pump!

TripleSafe to the Rescue

Since Mike and Laurie did not have a sump pump present, they opted for TripleSafe. The TripleSafe sump pump is a powerhouse system and will never leave the homeowner hanging! The system houses a primary and secondary pump that will pump thousands of gallons of water out of the home per hour! Lastly, the third pump in the liner is attached to an external battery and will turn on during a power outage to ensure absolute protection!
