WaterGuard System to Solve Wall Leaks
With WaterGuard this will provide defense against water intrusion causing leaks on the floor. This is installed below the floor and around the perimeter of the basement to ensure water is collected here instead of puddling onto her belongings. As seen in the picture, the system is concealed with concrete so it blends with the space when it dries!
TripleSafe Sump Pump System Keeps Water Out
We added a more efficient sump pump known as TripleSafe to ensure the water is directed here rather than the floor. We hook the WaterGuard System to TripleSafe so the water goes here. This system has three pumps working together to pump the water out of her home. The first pump will get most of the job done, the second is there for any backup, and the final pump will run when the power fails as it is battery-operated.
SaniDry XP Dehumidifier Will Keep the Air Dry
The SaniDry XP Dehumidifier is a system that will clean and dry the air. Freeing the air from excess moisture in turn reduces the risk of mold or bacteria growth. This is a system that is ten times more powerful than regular dehumidifiers.
IceGuard Protects Exterior Discharge Lines
We decided to take extra precautions by adding this antifreeze fitting with slotted openings to the exterior discharge lines. This IceGuard will prevent the lines from freezing or clogging in bad weather. This is a necessary addition to ensure the systems can efficiently keep water out of the home.
LawnScape Outlet Blends into the Yard
We also added this exterior discharge line fitting at the end because it will allow downspout water to escape more efficiently and blend in the yard better. This will prevent tripping hazards and has a less bulky appearance.
