The Rockwell window allows natural light to come into your basement and the clear plastic cover protects against pests and debris and prevents children or pets from falling into the well.

The WaterGuard drainage system collects any water seepage and directs it directly to the sump pump. The sump pump takes that water and effectively removes it from the home. The drainage channel is hidden beneath a layer of concrete. Only the top edge of the drain is visible so you will hardly know its there!

IceGuard Installation in Grand Rapids

The IceGuard system allows water to escape from the sump pump discharge line if the pipe freezes or becomes blocked in any way. Even if the pipe outlet is buried under a pile of snow or ice, the water can escape, allowing your sump pump to keep your basement dry. The system has a one way valve, so even when the snow or ice melts it will not make its way back into your basement!
