The Wet Beast
As seen in the photo, the original state of this basement is wet, to say the least. We are here to solve that problem with WaterGuard.
Clearing a Space
The first step in installing the WaterGuard French drain system is to jackhammer out the perimeter of the basement to provide a space for the drain to rest in.
Almost to the Finish
The actual installment of the WaterGuard drain first involves laying down drainage stones to surround the drain. We then put down the drain itself. WaterGuard rests below the floor and above the foundation footing and leads to the sump pump, emptying any water that may enter the basement.
Project: Complete
To finish the installment, we pour a new layer of concrete on top of the WaterGuard to bring your basement back to nearly new.
