Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Our customer wanted to sell a home that was passed down from her father, but wanted to increase the value. She called Ayers for an inspection and our crew determined that some new and improved basement windows would accomplish the customer's goal.

Barbara was looking for exterior solutions for her discharge lines so she called Ayers for professional help. After a free inspection was conducted it was determined she needed IceGuard and LawnScape Outlet. With IceGuard this will prevent the freezing or clogging of the exterior discharge lines with its antifreeze fitting that has slotted openings that eject water away from the foundation. Then LawnScape Outlet was added to the end of the line as an underground extension that blends into the yard and expels downspout water.

Barbara was glad to make her home safer with these installations to her discharge lines!

Kevin was concerned his family wouldn't be able to escape the basement of his home if there was an emergency. The windows didn't open and weren't large enough for escape, so he called Ayers for help. We sent our crew of experts to visit Kevin's house and recommend installing an egress window. Egress windows are designed to be safe, secure, and durable. Kevin feels so much better about his basement's safety!

Our customer called with water issues in their basement, but also wanted an egress window installed so once the waterproofing was done they could use the basement as proper living space. We installed a new egress window in place of the old window, bringing the basement up to code for use as a bedroom.

TripleSafe is a sump pump system that’s main goal is to keep your basement dry. One of the pumps is battery powered so that the system can work even during power outages.
