East Lansing Basement Transformation

A larger egress window was installed, greatly improving safety by providing a proper emergency exit and allowing more natural light and ventilation. The foundation was also addressed, with waterproofing measures taken to prevent leaks, and radon mitigation steps were implemented to ensure a safer indoor environment. The basement is now structurally sound, properly ventilated, and up to code.
