This homeowner called because the wood foundation located below the sunroom in his home was sinking. To immediately stabilize the foundation and lift the room back to its original position, we installed Helical Piers. 

To start this installation, we first removed soil outside of the foundation wall that was deep enough to place the piers in stronger soil below the home. The piers were then placed under the base of the foundation wall and were drilled deep into the ground. This system immediately stabilized the sunroom by transferring the weight of the foundation to the pier and to the stable soil below the home. 

Carl D. will now have a stabilized and leveled sunroom thanks to this fast and effective pier installation.

Don had a free-floating concrete slab porch that sunk three inches in one corner. His porch was leaning in towards his house and he didn't want the problem to worsen. After calling Ayers for help, we sent our experts to his home to assess the issue and provide a solution. They decided to use PolyLevel, a modified mudjacking system that injects polymer foam into voids underneath the concrete, lifting it to the desired level. Don is amazed at how level his porch is!

This home was built in the 60's but had an addition put on in 2003. The old part of the home was built on a cement slab and the new part was built with a 3' crawl space. The new addition over time had started to settle and caused some problems for the crawl space.
