Robert was dealing with a bit of water damage due to the small crack at the bottom of the basement wall. He decided to call Ayers for our waterproofing solutions. From the inspection, our experts are able to make the best recommendations which in this case was FlexiSpan. We first seal the crack with a watertight, flexible sealant and then we add a drainage layer. This is to ensure if water does permeate, it will be directed to a small, subfloor drainage system below. This is a much quicker and less expensive solution than a full-wall remodel. Robert no longer has to worry about this problem area!

Frank was having water issues in his basement where water would puddle in certain spots. He called Ayers for our waterproofing solutions, so we had a crew conduct an inspection at his home. Our System Design Specialists then recommended our WaterGuard System as a solution. This is a subfloor drainage system that we install along the perimeter of the basement to ensure water is directed here rather than on the floor. We place it on top of the footing of the foundation in a bed of drainage stone to prevent clogging. Then we conceal it with concrete after hooking the drain to the sump pump. Frank was happy to get a professional fix that will keep his home's belongings dry!
