Job review from Annette in Kalamazoo, MI 49006 on 09/14/16

Got my date of service messed up. I called the day before because I haven't heard from you, was told they would be here next day, next day they never came, so called again. I canceled things and stayed home the day I was told you were coming. I was not happy.Then had to do it again next day. But the crew that day were great .
