Erin was looking for a permanent waterproofing solution for her home and came across Ayers. The Ayers team set up and conducted an inspection to address Erin's issues. The Inspection showed that water was leaking into the home through the foundation. The team suggested CleanSpace as it would address the waterproofing issues and provide additional advantages!

The inspection determined that CleanSpace would best the best system to waterproof the crawl space. CleanSpace encapsulates the entire area with a unique liner; thus, any water coming into the space will drain behind the liner and to the drain!

Applying Drainage Matting

Before the CleanSpace liner could be entirely laid down, Erin opted to have drainage matting installed. Drainage matting utilizes the dimpled design shown above to create paths for water to flow. Water will flow to a drain system behind the liner and through the mats!

Finalizing the CleanSpace Installation

Once the drainage matting was laid down, the installation crew at Ayers could finalize the CleanSpace! CleanSpace utilizes a heavy-duty plastic liner that acts as a vapor barrier that stops moisture from entering the crawl space! Additionally, CleanSpace will help Erin's home stay warmer or colder more efficiently! Erin was thrilled with how everything tuned out!
