WaterGuard Meets SuperSump
The perimeter drainage system, WaterGuard, empties water to the SuperSump to be pumped out of the basement
Finished WaterGuard
WaterGuard is installed along the perimeter of the room, keeping the basement dry without being a huge eyesore.
WaterGuard Prep Work
The piping is laid on top of the footing along the perimeter of the room. Since it doesn't sit along the footing, it won't get clogged with mud.
Discharge Line
As the sump pumps water out of the basement, all of the water is rerouted away from the home through a discharge line. Extending and burying this line in the eliminates a tripping hazard and an eyesore.
New ThermalDry Floors
ThermalDry wood floor tiles are installed in basement-- these are the only plastic, inorganic subfloors in the world, meaning water and mold won't ruin them.
ThermalDry Meets Brightwall
The floors weren't the only thing to receive a makeover in this basement--BrightWall, 100% waterproof rigid plastic paneling installed on these walls allows for water to drain behind the panels to be collected by the WaterGuard system.
Wall Before BrightWall
The previous drywall is removed before waterproof BrightWall panels are installed.
IceGuard Protects Discharge Line
The IceGuard fitting prevents the outlet of the pipe from being blocked with ice allowing water leave the basement at all times.
