A customer from South Bend called us about her wet and gross crawl space. We gave her a free estimate and decided to install CleanSpace technology. CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that fits to the crawl space to completely seal the home from the earth. Polyester cord reinforcement allows for a lot of durability, to make it last longer than the home will. This liner also contains an antimicrobial additive to prevent mold. This liner was combined with CleanSpace vent covers to insulate and seal the air out. Now this crawl space will be clean and dry forever.
Water was leaking into Josiah’s crawl space from several different areas so our team installed SmartSump. The SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump was perfectly designed for crawl spaces. It prevents flooding by reducing moisture in the crawl space and by removing any water quickly. The drain connected to the pump takes the water out of your crawl space while not allowing any damp air to enter.
A customer called our team because he wanted his basement to be a liveable space. So we installed an Egress Window and Well in his basement. Egress Windows provide a safe exit in case of emergency so they are required in finished basement living areas. In addition to having a safe exit in your basement, these windows provide lots of natural light. Lastly, most windows offer minimal protection against outside air entering the home due to poor insulation around the window. Egress windows will help ventilate your indoor areas and prevent unwanted allergens from entering your house.
Cracks in a basement wall can lead to major issues down the road. Our customer wanted a quick and easy fix, so we brought FlexiSpan in to do the job. The material of FlexiSpan is flexible so it can shift with the crack through natural wall movement while keeping the gap sealed, and can withstand any pressure, expanding, or shrinking that may happen around it. FlexiSpan works to keep the water out and will stop cracks from ruining your basement.
