Matthew was in need of a fix up job for his crawl space. He called Ayers for an inspection and a professional opinion. Ayers determined CleanSpace would be a great solution.
CleanSpace is a thick, durable plastic liner that runs along the crawl space. The liner has a vapor barrier property that will protect against excess moisture that can lead to mold or bacteria growth. This system will last Matthew decades.
Matthew was thrilled with the new look of his crawl space as it is much cleaner and better protected!
This church's enteryway was cracked and sunken. Water was also getting inside due to water not being moved away from the door since the cocnrete was unlevel. We used PolyLevel to lift the falling concrete and NexusPro to seal creacks and joints. Both have a short curing time so they won't be inconveneint- PolyLevel is ready in 15 minutes while NexusPro takes about an hour.
This Lansing homeowner has a basement that is partially finished but there is water that has been leaking in. He wanted the issue addressed as soon as possible before the water intrusion could get worse or ruin the finished area. We installed the WaterGuard drain system to collect the water and send it to the sump pump, we then installed the TripleSafe sump pump to send the water outside of the home and protect the basement in case of a power outage, lastly, we added the SaniDry XP to keep the basement dry and filter the air!
Diane and her husband are worried the sunken concrete in their walkway will cause tripping hazards for her in-laws and elderly parents. She thinks that water and the broken buried downspout was to blame for the problem. We installed a new buried downspout to make sure the water was moving away from the home. We also used an injectable foam called PolyLevel to keep the trip hazards away. It raises the fallen concrete and keeps the sidewalk level since the foam is waterproof! It all cures in about 15 minutes so the process is done is such a short amount of time.
The original basement window was too small to meet safety standards, providing limited light and ventilation while leaving the space feeling dark and cramped. Additionally, it did not serve as a safe exit in case of emergencies. To enhance safety and functionality, Ayers installed a new, larger egress window that complies with safety requirements. This upgrade significantly increases natural light and ventilation, transforming the basement into a more inviting space. The new window well not only improves safety but also enhances the home’s exterior appearance.
