A lot of water was entering Nick and Pam’s basement through their walls. So our team installed the CleanSpace Basement Finishing Wall System to prevent any more water intrusion. Using a poly sheet material to completely cover basement foundation walls this system acts as a vapor and moisture barrier. The material is waterproof, stain resistant and can be applied over many different types of surfaces. This system was perfect for Nick and Pam and put a stop to all water intrusion into her basement immediately.
Andy and Lauralee live in an older home and recently have discovered their floors are sagging. Upon inspection, we discovered that the floor supports were not very supportive. We installed the SmartJack Crawl Space Support System to stabilize the sagging floors and raise them back to the correct level. They are adjustable so the home has a permanent solution to the problems!
Kathy and Stephen were recently scared when they were forced to enter their Michigan basement because of a tornado warning, where they realized significant water issues. They saw water leaking through the walls and realized how bad it was. They contacted us at Ayers Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. After conducting an inspection, our team suggested our WaterGuard system in combination with the TripleSafe sump pump and CleanSpace liner. These systems were later implemented and worked together to prevent water issues in Kathy and Stephen's home!
Crawl space leaks are never fun, and cleaning up the mess is even worse. Tim hated dealing with his crawl space and contacted us at Ayers Basement Systems to find a solution. An inspection by our team concluded the leaks were coming from the crawl space vents. The EverLast door and access well were implemented to provide a watertight seal and stop all of Tim's leaks!
Marcia and Bob grew worried about their foundation as cracks were forming. The couple decided to reach out to us at Ayers Basement Systems, and an inspection was soon conducted. The review determined that the foundation was settling, causing cracks to form. Our team suggested Helical Piers as it would provide a permanent solution against the foundation. Helical Piers are screwed into the ground until load-bearing soil is met and then attached to the home's foundation. Once the systems were set, our crew could level and stabilize the foundation eliminating stress on Marcia and Bob!
